集微网消息，联电日前公布的财报显示，该公司8月营收为253.46亿元新台币，连续创11个月历史单月新高，月增2.1%、年增34.89%。
据台媒《经济日报》报道，联电累计今年前8月合并营收达1856.5亿元新台币，年增37.36%。
展望下半年，联电指出，第3季产能利用率仍满载，晶圆出货量与产品平均价格皆和第2季持平；毛利率约44%至46%；第4季产能利用率可望维持健康水位，车用电子、工业及服务器等应用需求依然强劲。
此前市场有消息称联电全年的成熟工艺仍能保持95-100%的高产能利用率，尤其是22/28nm节点仍然是卖方市场。
